I'm placing these pictures here for our potential customers to see the damage caused by using a pressure washer to "clean" a tile roof, rather than using the safe, non-pressure roof cleaning treatment that we provide.

We were cleaning a tile roof in Maitland this morning and noticed this costly damage to the roof on the home next door. By using a pressure washer on the roof, literally thousands of dollars in cosmetic damage has occurred, as well as creating a very real possibility for leaks.

Always hire a licensed and insured roof cleaning contractor that only uses a non-pressure, chemical treatment to remove the mildew and algae from your roof.

The cheap alternative won't be very cheap at all!

That's what it does, every time.
We did a red tile roof at a business complex in Tampa. A guy was pressure washing the roof next door as we were doing ours the right way. All his run off was red and when it dried the tiles were quite a bit lighter in color than the one we did. I'll bet his customer was PO'd.

I remember that pic. The one you guys did looked great. The one beside it was all washed out and the runoff in the parking lot looked like the streets of Iraq.

I forgot about Pete putting it in my video. It's at the 00:54 mark. Wayno, there's a few shots of you in there also. We put that video together with no audio so we could use it at a trade show. There were 3 different laptops on the table, playing it simultaneously at different stages and we didn't want to try to talk over it.
