This is a shingle roof we were called to clean a few months ago after a weekend warrior tried cleaning it with a small pressure washer and gave up. I suppose the silver lining to the story is that he/she did quit before causing more pressure damage.

Where are the after pics? Good thing he/she quit. They could have been killed!
