Some stains are just a little tougher than others.

When I sold this job last month, I told the owner that we would most likely have to stop by and do some touch up after the initial cleaning.

It is on a well traveled local street and we get by that way often so we'll stop by one day next week to touch it up.

I just wanted to put this out there in case some one wants to start a dirtiest roof contest.

Looks good Tim. I bet with a solid rain you wouldnt need to touch it up. These are a few of the best dirtiest roof pictures we have. Made for great before and afters. I actually fell off of the white roof in the middle. lol

Great job Tim. Did you do the work during cold temps? (snow on the ground) That may have had something to do with the stains being abnormally hard to remove.

Those are some pretty good pics you show. Tell me more about falling off of that white roof.

Dustin,
The before picture was last month when I stopped by to sell the job. It was in the upper 60's when we treated the roof.

We have had some scattered showers since we washed this roof, but perhaps we can let it set through another rain event or two before we decide if it needs retreated.

Hi Jim,
I'm out of action for the year. No ladders, no roof walking for at least six to twelve months.
The actual work was done by my son and a fellow we hired to help him for the season.
I just ride around and sell stuff, stopping by to check on the jobs on occasion.
My hospital stay ended up being twelve days, but at least I didn't get transferred to the morgue!

Don,
I acquired a DVT with multiple PE on the second weekend of March.
Also known as a blood clot in the left leg from the calf to the thigh along with multiple smaller clots on the lungs.
If I had a regular job, it would mean three to six months off work, but I haven't had a job with sick leave since 1991.
Twelve days in the hospital and instructions to keep my leg elevated. The clot is still there and will take perhaps a year or so to dissolve.

I thought maybe the dad of that young blond at the convention finally tracked you down!
