Condominium Roof Cleaning Orlando Florida
We started on this 15 building condo roof cleaning this morning. I partnered up with Greg (SplashanDash) on this one. He sprayed today and we got 4 of the two story units done and 4 of the one story, also. Hopefully the weather will hold out and we can get the remaining 7 buildings completed tomorrow.

Looks great Don keep up the good work. Don do you cover ever thing how do you keep from burning the plants from heat build up under the tarps.

Thanks Chris.
It's easy.....we don't cover the plants that are in direct sunlight until that part of the roof is ready to be cleaned.

Nice job. A whole lotta tarping going on. I can count on one hand the number of buildings without gutters up here.

Thanks Rick.
Gutters are very 'hit or miss' around here, with regard to shingle roofs anyway. On tile roofs, there's rarely ever gutters other than over the screen enclosure/pool deck areas. A lot of companies don't like to tarp, but it's second nature to us and takes very little time to do. I view it as an insurance policy, and think it's just a matter of getting into the habit.
