There are five of these buildings and seven garages.

Mel, on the first picture it looks like you spray the middle of the roof last, is that just that roof or how you typically do roofs?

I usually start at the bottom and walk up but I am thinking about trying from the top down to help controll runoff.

Forgot to add that most homes here and a lot of businesses do not have rain gutters.

When I ask people why they do not have rain gutters most of them say that they are tired of cleaning them all the time as they get clogged up with leaves and small branches and bird nests.

I was walking the length of the bottom and then taking a step up and walking the length again till I reached the peak. Now (after talking with Don) I cut-in the edges (like painting a wall) and then work gutter-peak across the roof.

Since almost every roof is different I cant figure out if one way is faster then another way but some ways are easier on my back and feet

Typically I like to start at the top, some people start at the bottom, imho when you start at the bottom you have more run-off. I start at the top so we can control run-off better. The John Blue pumps spray faster than we can walk. I spray until it starts running than I move to a different spot. I don't like to make the chemical run. A good technician and good surfactants go a long way.

There is no substitute for experience, but good advice will get you a huge head start. I'm gonna try shooting the next one from the top, Mel.

If I don't die from whatever it is that I have right now.
Summer flu is the WORST.
