This was the first larger commercial roof cleaning we had done, back in the fall of '05. Mel from Vero Under Pressure was a sub-contractor on this one, along with his helper at the time, Rob.

We used an 80 ft. lift and it took us 13 working days to complete. There were 16 three story tenant buildings, an office/clubhouse and 12 small amenity buildings like mail kiosks, storage units and a gazebo. It didn't start out too smoothly, but we got it lined out and were knocking them out by day 4.

Those are some great looking roofs.

I need to learn some better selling skills or selling points for that type of work. There are a lot of apartment complexes, condo's, buildings, etc... I just have not landed a big one yet.

Some others I'm sure some of you have seen before.

This one was 9 three story tenant buildings and 9 garages. Finished it in 6 working days (I think).

We used a 120' lift, but it was larger than needed......Should've went with a 100'.

These are pics from 2 five story condominiums on the beach in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

For those not familiar with this roof style, it's a mansard. Usually a flat roof with a 'skirt' of shingles, tile or cedar shake.

We were sub-contracted the roof cleaning portion of the job from Kevin Kovar of Oceanside Pressure Washing in Jacksonville Beach. He and his helper also washed the 2 buildings.

The roof cleaning on both buildings was completed in a day. We made a longer version of the roof wand and just reached over from the flat roof and sprayed the tile.
