Default Why call Hoods & More?

Because many restaurateurs are being taken to the cleaners.

Restaurant owners and managers should insist the company providing the service provide before and after pictures of all service performed.

This rule should be followed with all your cleaning service vendors. If you ask and they give you a hassle, well....(what does that tell you) following is a little of what I see in the world of Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning.
