I got in a bind and had to use some off-the-shelf stuff to clean some gutters. They cleaned up OK but I did notice some milkiness in the brush from dissolved paint.

I like F-13 because if you leave it on too long it just sets the stain back down and you have to rescrub it but it doesn't hurt the paint. It only affects the oxidation.
